bruschetta video

Ok, RIGHT after I blogged about making bruschetta, I went onto the Globe and Mail and saw they had a video about making it in the Life section! How wild is that?! Click here to watch it.

The girl put a little red wine vinegar in hers which would add some good flavor - I am going to try that next time! I also like the idea of rubbing the bread with garlic as opposed to putting it actually in the mixture; less garlic breath.

  1. I have also done the rubbing of the garlic on the bread... delicious!! Little time intensive to make the whole process, but totally worth it :)

  2. Yes time intensive for sure...but bruschetta itself isn't too time consuming so I guess it's not thaaaat bad. Mmm so yummy!
